Salalah Macaroni was established in 2007 in the Sultanate of Oman. Strategically located near the Port of Salalah, the company benefits from efficient logistics that support exports to more than 20 countries, while also serving the domestic market.

The company began producing dry pasta in October 2008 with an initial annual capacity of 36,000 metric tons and has since expanded in phases to an installed capacity of 144,000 metric tons, producing approximately 110,000 metric tons annually.

Leveraging advanced milling and pasta production technologies from FAVA SpA (Italy) and Bühler Uzwil (Switzerland), Salalah Macaroni ensures the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and operational efficiency.

Salalah Macaroni offers a diverse range of pasta products, including spaghetti, vermicelli, macaroni, penne, fusilli, lasagna sheets, and other specialty shapes, catering to both industrial clients and household consumers.

The company is part of Salalah Mills Group, which operates a range of food production businesses including flour mills, industrial bakeries, and finished food solutions, reflecting the group’s commitment to supporting Oman’s food security and export growth.

With modern infrastructure, rigorous quality control, and a strong export network, Salalah Macaroni produces over 50 million bags annually, positioning itself as the largest dry pasta manufacturer in the Arab–Asian region.
