Salalah Flour Factory is the first and flagship project of Salalah Mills Group and represents a cornerstone of Oman’s food security infrastructure. As the largest flour mill in the Sultanate, the factory is equipped with state-of-the-art milling technology from Bühler AG, Switzerland, ensuring high operational efficiency and consistent product quality.

The facility imports approximately 400,000 metric tons of premium wheat annually from carefully selected international suppliers, with a grain storage capacity of around 228,000 tons and a daily production capacity of 1,500 tons.
