Animal Feed
Salalah Animal Feeds (SAF), located in the Raysut Industrial Estate, Salalah, commenced operations in January 2022 as a division of Salalah Mills Company.
The facility aims to meet the poultry and livestock farming needs of Oman while expanding its presence in neighboring markets.
Supported by two reputable European equipment manufacturers, the plant is highly automated and modernized, with an annual production capacity of 85,000 MT—70% allocated to livestock feed and 30% to poultry feed. With the installation of a second pellet line, this capacity can be increased to 170,000 MT.
A range of offers
SAF produces a wide range of feed formulations, including those for broilers, layers, cattle, camels, sheep, goats, zoo and laboratory animals, as well as game birds such as pigeons and falcons.
Custom-made feeds can also be developed to meet specific customer requirements.
The facility features a grain cleaning and packing system for corn and barley, ensuring a hygienic environment through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
