Salalah International Plastic Industries (SIPI) was established as part of Salalah Mills’ strategy to diversify its industrial portfolio and strengthen value chain integration. Commercial production commenced in 2017 at its facility located in the Raysut Industrial Area, Salalah.
SIPI specializes in the manufacturing and export of high-quality polypropylene (PP) woven packaging solutions. The plant’s production capacity has progressively expanded from 4,200 MT per year to 11,400 MT per year, reflecting sustained market demand and strategic investment in manufacturing capabilities.
Products
SIPI produces customized PP woven sacks, including multi-colour printing (up to six colours), coating, and lamination, utilizing advanced European machinery to ensure consistent product performance and operational efficiency.
The company serves both domestic and export markets, supplying customers across Oman, Africa, GCC countries, and selected Asian markets.
