Salalah Laboratories is a specialized testing facility established by Salalah Mills Company as part of its commitment to strengthening food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within Oman’s food and industrial sectors.
The laboratory was officially inaugurated in 2025 and is strategically located near the Port of Salalah, Salalah Free Zone, and Raysut Industrial Area, enabling efficient access to key industrial, commercial, and export markets.
The laboratory supports clients in verifying product certifications, analyzing product composition, and ensuring full compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
Accredited under ISO/IEC 17025, Salalah Laboratories operates with advanced analytical instruments and internationally recognized testing methodologies.

Its comprehensive testing capabilities include microbiological, chemical, and nutritional analysis, as well as pesticide residue and PFAS testing.
Beyond routine food and feed analysis, the laboratory provides environmental monitoring through surface and swab sampling, hygiene verification (including Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli testing), and potable as well as environmental water testing services.
